POLICY OVERVIEW
Our refund and return policy last 10 days after purchase has been picked up, delivered, or shipment has been received, or 5 days after shipment has not been received from shipment, delivery, or pickup date. If 10 days have passed since your receival or non-receival, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to let you know that we received your returned item, and we will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, then we will process your refund, and we will automatically credit your credit card or your original payment method within 3 business days.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
If you would like to return your item, please send it to the address on your original order. Your return shipping label will be included in the price of your original order.
The amount of time it will take to receive your exchanged product will depend on your location. If you are returning a bundle, trackable shipping may be required or you may need to purchase shipping insurance.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your item will be returned to you.
